Counselling Sessions

How I work.

I offer online counselling sessions where you can talk openly, at your own pace, in a space that feels safe and supportive.

My approach is person-centred, which means our sessions are led by you – what you bring, what you need and what feels important to explore.

You don't need to prepare anything or have the 'right words' – we simply start wherever you are. 

I can support you with:

  • Anxiety and feeling overwhelmed.

  • Low mood or feeling stuck

  • Trauma and past experiences.

  • Difficult relationships

  • Loss, change or life challenges

You don't have to fit into a specific category – if something is affecting you, we can explore it together. 

What to expect

Sessions last 60 minutes and take place online, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable. 

In our first session, we'll gently explore what's brought you to counselling and what you are hoping for – there's no pressure to go into anything before you feel ready.

Ongoing sessions are a space for you to talk, reflect, and work through things at your own pace.
