If you need urgent help
Counselling can be a valuable source of support, but it is not an emergency service.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or you feel that you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, please seek urgent support using one of the services below.
In an emergency
If you believe there is an immediate risk to life, call 999,or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department.
NHS Mental Health Support
If you need urgent mental health support but it is not a 999 emergency, contact your local NHS Mental Health Crisis Team or call NHS 111 and select the mental health option where available.
Samaritans
If you need someone to listen at any time of the day or night, you can contact the Samaritans.

Shout
If you would prefer to text, you can contact Shout by texting SHOUT to 85258 for free confidential support.
Your GP
If you are concerned about your mental or physical health, please contact your GP.
Existing Clients
If you are an existing client and require support between sessions, please be aware that I am unable to provide a crisis or emergency service.
If your situation is urgent, please use one of the services above rather than waiting for a response to an email or voicemail.
