Counselling sessions.
Sessions are 60 minutes & are available online or by telephone.
Price.
£45 per session.
I aim to keep my fees fair and accessible while reflecting the time, care and professional training involved in the work.
A small number of reduced-fee spaces may be available for students & people experiencing financial hardship. You're welcome to ask about these if required.
Reduced‑Fee Policy
I offer a small number of reduced‑fee spaces for people experiencing genuine financial hardship. These spaces are intended for clients who would not be able to access counselling without a lower fee.
To keep this fair and sustainable, I do ask for simple proof of low income when applying for a reduced‑fee space. This helps ensure these places are available to those who genuinely need them.
Acceptable forms of proof include:
• proof of benefits
• a recent payslip showing low income
• student status
• other reasonable evidence
This is not about judgement — it’s simply a way to make sure the reduced‑fee spaces remain accessible and fair.
If you feel a reduced‑fee space would make counselling more manageable for you, you’re welcome to get in touch to discuss availability.

Starting out.
I offer a free 15-minute initial chat so you can ask any questions and see if I feel like the right fit for you.
There's no pressure to continue – it's simply a chance to take that first step.
Payment.
Payment is required in advance of each session via bank transfer.
Further details will be provided when booking.
Cancellations.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may still be charged.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full session fee. This is because the time has been reserved specifically for you and usually cannot be offered to somebody else at short notice.
I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as you can. I will always approach these situations with understanding and fairness.
