Clear & simple pricing, with no hidden costs
Counselling sessions.
Sessions are 60 minutes & are available online or by telephone.
Price.
£45 per session.
Sessions last 60 minutes. Online counselling is available across the UK and internationally, where local rules allow. Telephone counselling is also available across the UK.
I aim to keep my fee fair and accessible while reflecting the time, care, training and professional responsibility involved in this work.
Reduced-fee spaces
I keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces for students and people experiencing financial hardship. They are limited, but you are welcome to ask about current availability. There is no judgement and no pressure to explain more than is necessary.
Starting out.
I offer a free 15-minute initial chat so you can ask questions, tell me a little about what you're looking for and get a feel for whether I might be the right counsellor for you.
There's no pressure or expectation to continue – it's simply a chance to take that first step.
Payment.
Payment is required 24hrs before each session via bank transfer.
Payment details will be provided when booking your appointment.
Cancellations.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are normally charged at the full session fee because that time has been reserved specifically for you.
Unexpected circumstances
I know genuine emergencies happen. If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as you can. I will always approach these situations with understanding and fairness.
